Which tools does Doorbell integrate with?

Issue trackers like Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Trello and Asana; Slack and Twist for team chat; Zendesk, Help Scout, Freshdesk and Front for support; and session recordings from FullStory and LogRocket.

Are issues created automatically?

You decide which feedback becomes an issue. Choose “Send to” on a conversation, and Doorbell creates the issue with the message, the customer’s details and any screenshot. Helpdesks are different: Doorbell can forward every message automatically.

What if my tool isn't listed?

Use webhooks: Doorbell posts every new message and reply to your URL, signed so you can verify it came from us, and retries if your server doesn't answer. You can also connect through Zapier or use the API.
